職缺說明
Stationed in Taoyuan City as a public construction supervisor
Review the overall construction plan, overall quality plan, sub-item construction plans and construction drawings of the turnkey contractor, etc.
Supervise and assist turnkey contractors to complete the first level of quality control (independent quality control) and supervise its implementation
Carry out secondary quality inspection and other tasks
Check the construction quantity of the turnkey contractor and review the estimation and pricing
Check various construction technical issues handled by the turnkey contractor
Assist in handling people’s petitions
Review of as-built drawings, review of project settlement documents and co-organize project acceptance
This contract records the matters that the supervision unit should do
1.派駐於桃園市擔任公共工程監造人員
2.審查統包商之整體施工計畫、整體品質計畫、分項施工計畫及施工圖等
3.督導協助統包商完成第一級品管(自主品管)並監督其執行
4.執行二級品質查證等各項作業
5.統包商施工數量核對及估驗計價審查
6.檢核統包商所處理之各類施工技術問題
7.人民陳情案協助辦理
8.竣工圖審查、工程結算文件審查及協辦工程驗收
9.本契約記載監造單位應辦事項
應徵資格
Required Certification: 公共工程品質管理人員
At least 2 years of experiences
Bachelor degree and above in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Architecture.
