Job Description

This role will primarily focus to participate in the 24-month Graduate Development Program with rotational learning assignment to become well-rounded professionals that can take on business critical roles after successfully completing the program.

The program is designed to challenge and grow graduate trainees through a series of core learning components including on-the-job training, online learning, assigned mentors, peer coaches, and other avenues for learning.

  • Graduate Program participants will go through a series of learning rotations designed to teach hands-on application of future roles.

  • Complete all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations within assigned function.

  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities as assigned by the function lead.

  • Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

  • Observe and learn tasks from experienced staff members.

  • Fulfill any requirements and learning goals set out at the start of the traineeship.

  • Follow all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

  • Communicate clarifications and questions about issues and concerns received to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

  • Complete all fundamental and functional training prerequisites and courses within the specified timeframes.

  • Actively participate in the GBS Manila Graduate Program with a commitment to self-development and continuous learning.

  • Perform assigned tasks and undergo experiential on-the-job training in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

THIS IS ONLY OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES / CANDIDATE FOR GRADUATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field - BS Accountancy (CPA is a plus), Psychology, Graphic Design, Comms.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

  • Has good academic standing - student leader/active member of a specific group is a plus!

  • Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement

  • Must be open to any shift schedule - Morning, Mid, or Night

Additional Information

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate and convey information within a limited and specified audience.

  • Has the ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned reports, tasks, and documentation.

  • Has the ability to contribute to problem-solving by gathering key information to assess simple issues by following defined policies and procedures.
