Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and the team members

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate communication and a smooth daily work-flow

  • Answer telephones and transcribe messages

  • Prepare for meetings, including reserving conference rooms, arranging conference calls, video conferences, webex meetings, etc.

  • Assist in travel, visa and hotel accommodation arrangements and other related matters

  • Assist in organizing events

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and back up other assistants when required

  • Assist in project related tasks when required

Qualifications

  • University graduate is preferred, with secretarial training is advantageous

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in MNC

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in a dynamic environment

  • Good team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
