Job Description
Role Objectives
Reporting to the Director, FP&A, Asia, this regional FP&A role will partner closely with the regional & sub-regional F&A and Operations teams in undertaking critical financial & commercial analyses, supporting month-end closing, coordinating and preparing regional management reports, and communicating effectively with key stakeholders across the region to drive overall Asia business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, review and consolidate Asia wide management reporting and analyses
Undertake regular financial analyses, monitor and track performance against plan/forecast
Assist with the production of Asia monthly & quarterly business review packs and SLT packs
Provide ad hoc financial & commercial modelling support to aid in key strategic decision making
Conduct regular analyses on key project and pipeline performance across the region
Participate in the development of the regional operating plan and quarterly forecasts
Support regional financial system/process implementation and continuous improvements
Any other ad hoc FP&A support as required by Asia management
Key Requirements
Degree holder in Finance or Accounting
Qualified member of recognized Professional Accounting Qualifications, e.g. CPA, ACCA
Minimum 6 years of relevant regional FP&A/commercial experience in MNC environment (prior Big 4 experience highly regarded but not essential) – More experienced candidates might be considered for the Manager position
Strong analytical mind with great commercial acumen
Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to handle and process large amount of data
Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skill
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Extensive experience working with large ERP systems and BI tools
Resilient, proactive and self-motivated
Able to work collaboratively with people from different levels, functions and cultural background
