Job Description

Role Objectives

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, Asia, this regional FP&A role will partner closely with the regional & sub-regional F&A and Operations teams in undertaking critical financial & commercial analyses, supporting month-end closing, coordinating and preparing regional management reports, and communicating effectively with key stakeholders across the region to drive overall Asia business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, review and consolidate Asia wide management reporting and analyses

  • Undertake regular financial analyses, monitor and track performance against plan/forecast

  • Assist with the production of Asia monthly & quarterly business review packs and SLT packs

  • Provide ad hoc financial & commercial modelling support to aid in key strategic decision making

  • Conduct regular analyses on key project and pipeline performance across the region

  • Participate in the development of the regional operating plan and quarterly forecasts

  • Support regional financial system/process implementation and continuous improvements

  • Any other ad hoc FP&A support as required by Asia management

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance or Accounting

  • Qualified member of recognized Professional Accounting Qualifications, e.g. CPA, ACCA

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant regional FP&A/commercial experience in MNC environment (prior Big 4 experience highly regarded but not essential) – More experienced candidates might be considered for the Manager position

  • Strong analytical mind with great commercial acumen

  • Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to handle and process large amount of data

  • Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese

  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skill

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • Extensive experience working with large ERP systems and BI tools

  • Resilient, proactive and self-motivated

  • Able to work collaboratively with people from different levels, functions and cultural background
