Job Summary

  • Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:

  • Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,

  • Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,

  • Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.

  • Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).

  • Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.

  • Manages other Project Managers.

Minimum Requirements

Experience managing small to medium projects.

Bachelor's degree in related field

PMP Certification

6+ years of relevant work experiencels

Preferred Qualifications

A strong business acumen and experience managing multiple projects of various types and complexities is also a requirement

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong presentation skills

Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

Exceptional technical knowledge of building construction

Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously

Ability to work within a team environment

Ability to co-ordinate with a multi-disciplinary in-house consultant team

Ability to multi-task combined with strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills

Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Outlook, Adobe

High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning

Must be dedicated to working hard with an all-hands-on-deck attitude towards completing the work efficiently and accurately

Strong, hands-on technical knowledge, document review, consultant coordination and experience in field review and contract administration

Experience in commercial projects and broad skills in all phases of project delivery

Strong knowledge in building systems across multiple disciplines

Familiar with all construction administration protocol
