AECOM Project Engineer in Health Risk Assessment in Paris, France

As part of its continuous development, AECOM is currently seeking an Environmental Project Engineer in Health Risk Assessment to be based in the Paris office (ATRIUM Defense located in La Garenne-Colombes).
Reporting to the Health and Environment team leader, you will participate in the realization of Quantitative Health Risk Assessments related to contaminated sites, project development sites and industrial sites into various activities (petrochemicals, chemical, automotive, metallurgy,…). You will also take part in the realization of impact assessment studies, mainly based in France. In addition, you will be involved in field investigations with ambient air and/or soil gas sampling.
You will be trained to our working methods and will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent writing and communication skills in French
Fluent English appreciated (communication with international clients and other AECOM offices worldwide, as well as report writing in English required)
Good organization skills
Technical rigour, outcome and deadline focused
Health and Safety conscious
Flexible for traveling throughout France
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Health Risk Assessment in a consultancy office
Bachelor or Master’s Degree or Degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering specialized in Health Assessment
Competent skills in the use of multimedia modelling tools (such as Johnson & Ettinger model) and/or dispersion atmospheric tools (such as ADMS) appreciated.
