Job Summary

  • Copyedits documents.

  • Proofreads documents for grammar and punctuation.

  • Checks tables and figures for editorial accuracy and consistency in document.

  • Substantive editing of complex, multi-author, or high-profile documents.

  • Develops project or document-specific style guides and editorial standards

  • Makes authoritative editorial and process decisions and recommendations.

  • Oversees development and maintenance of office editorial decisions.

Minimum Requirements

  • BS / BA plus 2 years of relevant expericnce or demonstrated equivalency of experience and /or education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Transportation infrastructure related project experience.
