As a result of several ongoing project wins across the region and based on our growth strategy, AECOM’s Civil Infrastructure (CI) / Industrial teams are looking for a passionate and highly driven Civil Engineer / Project Manager who is looking to further develop their career in leading, winning and delivering civil infrastructure and multi-discipline projects.
Working with a high performing team, you will assist in winning, managing and delivering projects for a diverse range of clients from Local Government, BHP and other mining / civil infrastructure clients.
The typical types of engineering projects for our CI / Industrial customers relate to: light vehicle / heavy vehicle roads, water mains, mine-site water management, water modelling, drainage, levees, dams, pumping/piping infrastructure, structural integrity and construction quality assurance.
We are seeking a future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth in AECOM - an individual who is looking to be continually challenged and develop their career into a multitude of potential pathways within a global organisation. Job Description
About You
Demonstrated experience in successfully winning and delivering Civil Infrastructure projects to a high standard, within budget and on time;
Passionate about developing yourself to be a future leader and initiator of our local strategy to grow the CI and Industrial groups capability;
Love working with people and passion to mentor and lead teams plus interact with customers;
8+ years’ experience in a work winning / engineeering delivery position.
Your ability to mentor others, deliver on promise and building / maintain strong client relationships will be key to your success in this role.
Qualifications
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent);
Project management experience;
Business development experience (desirable);
RPEQ/CPEng (desirable).
