AECOM is currently seeking an Senior Infrastructure Cost Intelligence Analyst. Our Infrastructure Cost Intelligence team works closely with a range of leading UK Infrastructure Client’s such as; HS2, Anglian Water and Repsol. Our team provides a wide range of data driven solutions for our clients to enable cost efficiencies to be identified and pursued. We utilise the latest technologies and processes to produce market leading consultancy commissions which add tangible value to our clients. As a growing team we require an experienced Analyst to assist current commissions and new work. Candidates should be in data analysis and management and able to articulate client’s business problems.
Collecting and analysing data sets
Creating data models (CAPEX, OPEX, Carbon etc.)
Researching inflation and cost pressures
Attending client meetings to assist solution development
Completing consultancy reports
Benchmarking (both at a programme and resource levels)
Assurance of client processes
Specific Skills Required:
Experienced in utilising Excel to analyse datasets
Proficient in the creation of Excel dashboards
Capable user of databases (SQL Server, Access, etc.), statistical packages (R, Matlab), and/or proficiency in programming (VBA / PHP / etc.) is desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to work with a wide range of Clients and Consultants
Comfortable in dealing with quantitative data and analysis
Writing ability that is coherent, grammatically correct, analytical, and professional
- We require you to be capable of working independently (with appropriate support) and dedicated in developing our products and assisting clients.
- Degree educated in an analytical subject, as Mathematics, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Science.
