AECOM’s Benaim team has a reputation for high value engineering services that are tailored to the challenges of the construction industry where we use appropriate innovation to deliver cost effective and highly buildable structures. We offer young engineers and seasoned professionals alike the opportunity to design solutions that integrate multidisciplinary engineering with the construction process. We are looking for ambitious experienced engineers who have a passion for problem solving and who wish to develop their technical expertise in a collaborative environment. Successful candidates will mentor younger engineers, have access to sophisticate digital modeling techniques to develop their designs, manage their deliverables with project leaders and report to the Director.

You will be joining an international team of talented and experienced professionals who are undertaking projects throughout the Asia Pacific & Australia regions. Our working environment is collaborative, stimulating and lively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with Chartered status

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the design of major structures such as bridges and viaducts, large span steelwork, or major temporary works / erection engineering.

  • Strong understanding of engineering principals and strong problem solving skills.

  • Effective communication, team-working and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in Hong Kong is preferred but not essential
