Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive and effective training and development service to our business in the UAE. This role involves working across all business lines and corporate employees, acting as the main point of contact for all in-house training courses and the graduate development program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange training courses to meet identified training requirements.

  • Send invites for training sessions and monitor responses to invites and levels of attendance.

  • Book training venues, travel arrangements and arrange accommodation.

  • Liaise with internal and external trainers.

  • Update training database and maintain training records.

  • Arrange materials for training sessions.

  • Distribute training evaluation surveys and generate feedback reports.

  • Answer general training queries.

  • Produce and distribute training/graduate certificates.

  • Review study leave & assistance requests & prepare approval letters

  • Attend training events and meetings as required.

  • Provide administrative support for Graduate Development Program, P+R & other TM Programs & initiatives.

  • Act as main point of contact for all queries from graduates.

  • Minute taking in meetings where required.

  • Support other members of the wider AECOM Talent Management team as and where required.

  • Additional ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience within the HR field, with at least 1+ years in Talent Management.

Additional Information

  • Prior experience of working within a Talent Management team required.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills in all areas of work.

  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

  • Capable of effective team working and the ability to work on own initiative.

Please note this position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
