AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Water/Wastewater Engineer for employment in the Cleveland, Ohio office.

Under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer:

  • Planning and design of wastewater treatment and conveyance, and water treatment and distribution systems

  • Independent engineering analyses and calculations to support planning and design

  • Project management, including client management, project scheduling, cost management, procurement, and technical oversight

  • Team leadership in managing 3 to 5 member teams in performing engineering studies and design

  • New business pursuit and proposal support

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field of study

  • 5 – 10 years experience in water / wastewater engineering

  • Ohio PE or ability to obtain by reciprocity within 3 months

  • Wastewater and/or water treatment process design, including equipment selection

  • Collection system design and analysis, including hydraulic analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE)

  • Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, 1D/2D CFD modeling
