Meeting and travel arrangement including scheduling meetings, organizing and distributing agendas, booking hotels and flights;
Assist preparation and translation of business development and marketing documents;
Help maintain studio filing and project filing system including project sheets and documents for ISO;
Expense reports and various form preparation for approval
Collect and update staffs CVs;
Update team contact list and staffs leave information;
Assist with team new hires onboard;
Help organize team activities such as workshops and conferences;
Coordinate with other teams on daily administrative issues;
Other tasks assigned by team leaders.
Bachelor degree in English, administrative management and relevant field;
Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese; free communication with English speaking staff;
2+ years of prior experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, translator or relevant experience;
Strong computer skills of Microsoft Office Suite. Skills in Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic software are a plus;
Ability to multi-task and detail oriented, patient and responsible;
Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.
Relevant experience is preferred.
