AECOM Planning and Economics Manager Latin America in Bogota, Colombia

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Planning and Economics Manager Latin America for immediate employment in the Lima, Peru office.
Responsible for driving the growth, strategy, and sale of AECOM’s services along with the delivery of high quality margin from projects within the B+P business line in the country.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Own, manage, and develop key clients/relationships while balancing those projects with local operational focus
Coordinate inputs and support from other functional teams and countries
Engage / intervene to address client satisfaction / quality issues
Defines and mitigates risks and commercial terms during the pursuit process
Managing quality and integrating quality into all aspects of the project
Appointing and managing sub consultants in accordance with company procedures
Continuously interacts with clients assuring satisfaction with AECOM services and interacting with project delivery personnel to ensure any service issues are identified and addressed in a proactive manner
Efficiently manage new projects, in accordance with PMI standards
Create and manage a reliable and delivery-focused team
Develop, mentor, grow and train the new team
Bachelor's degree in related field
15+ years of related experience, including 5+ years of experience in staff management
Extensive experience in driving growth, developing strategy, generating sales, and building high performance teams
Proficiency in English
Master’s degree in architecture, planning, business administration or related fields
+8 years in the Colombian marketplace
Significant experience and public/private client relationships in the market sector areas associated with the Buildings + Places practice
Extensive knowledge of the local market’s challenges and opportunities
