AECOM General Administration Assistant, Beijing in Beijing, China

1.Greet visitors and answer the calls, send/distribute faxes.
2.As directed, arrange for courier service, maintain log of all outgoing courier deliveries.
3.Process outgoing mail.
4.Support on office events, meeting room booking and lunch box ordering.
5.Collect colleague’s feedbacks on travel service and follow up accordingly.
6.Office supplies purchase, monitor vendor’s service and contract follow up.
7.Work with staff on administrative functions as needed.
8.Assist Admin Manager when needed.
1.University degree holder, prior experience as a receptionist preferred.
2.Generally requires around 1 years in a similar role.
3.Ability to multi-task.
4.Detail oriented and well organized.
5.Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.
6.Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
