Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide endpoint modernization services for JSP supported end users.

This support includes asset tracking, installation, disposition, and sanitization of assets containing sensitive and/or classified material. Endpoint modernization activities may be necessitated by end of life assets, major updates to operating systems, upgrades to equipment, or other events that require modernized equipment. The position will be located in the Metropolitan District of Washington.

  1. Coordination of information gathering with application and site personnel on outages and service degrades.

  2. Investigate and gather information from personnel assigned to an incident.

  3. Assess impact and sensitivity for outages.

  4. Maintain continuous coordination to ensure monitoring of inbound calls.

  5. Conduct trend analysis for all incidents.

Minimum Requirements

  • Fundamental understanding of service desk operations, and utilization of the Remedy IT Service Management application.

  • Experience managing the development and delivery of metrics; as key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams.

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree or equivalent Information Technology required and 4 years of experience

  • Top Secret clearance

  • IAT Level I
